I want to thank you … I want to thank you for posting this video. I’m putting together a play list on survival skills for those who have always bought there food in a store and don’t have the first idea on how to skin nor field dress one for easier transport with no cooler. In the bush if it is for food and hide I would keep and use more of the hide for clothing or moccasins. I’ll attach a short video on a rack I came across up here in Maine. Pretty impressing and weighed out close to 200 lb.’s
