Peroxide seems to be what most use…bleach does eat the bone. I send all my skulls to be beetle cleaned and the guys that do it are very secretive about the way they whiten them. Like I said peroxide seems to be they way to go but I do not know the mix ratio. Good Luck!

Fantastic video!!! …
Fantastic video!!! Whats the best way and fluid? to bleach a deer skull. Bleach eats the bone. I’ve heard peroxide works well but I haven’t tried that yet. I have 2 hog skulls and 1 deer to do. My bros deer mount has been in the freezer for 2 years!!! His wife was gonna throw it out… I rescued it. Thanks for the informative vids.

That’s a coincidence! I did the same thing on one of my videos just the other day and asked the users to re-post them. The “remove” link is too close to the “reply”
My question is/was:
You know how folks get attached to their pets, right? I was curious if you’ve stuffed many dead pet dogs, cats, birds, gerbils, etc?

Great video! Very educational! Thanks for sharing…
