With all the complaints with Grays Taxidermy out of Florida, has anyone had there complaints resolved by the company? Long story short, i caught a fish in Mexico, and felt immediately pressured to have it mounted. after saying no multiple times and being seasick i just wanted to get off the boat and go to bed. the mate said i could hold the fish with my card and and think about it. the next day i called to cancel and they already charged my card and that’s where were at. it was my full intention to not have this mount and felt i could not make an informed buying decision being so sick and being pressured by crew. they persuaded me to "Hold" with card and think about. thoughts were no, but i call the next day and cancel. any help would be great
