1:42 is Takeshi … 1:42 is Takeshi Yamada in Brooklyn, New York. He is an eccentric Asian artist always wears tuxedo and Mardi Gras beads and creates rogue taxidermy works. His rogue taxidermy works and sideshow gaffs are featured in over 50 youtube videos (subject matter of paranormal creatures, mermaids, cryptozoology, etc.).

I attended this … I attended this Rogue Txidermy Contest at Union Hall in Brooklyn, NY in 2007. The place was completely packed and many people waited outside of the main room. This told me how this NEW and ROGUE form of taxidermy (compared to the OLD and traditional trophy style taxidermy) appeal to today’s creative minds of people. Nate Hill (with the head of ADAM)and Takeshi Yamada (with Sea Rabbit) were the most amazing artists I met there.
